Terms and conditions
  1. South Norfolk Council reserves the right to cancel a course or any part of one.
  2. Fees are payable on application and are not refundable. However, in the event of prolonged injury or illness, the Council may make a pro-rata refund on production of a doctor’s certificate.
  3. South Norfolk Council reserves the right to refuse an application.
  4. All holiday activity participants are expected to wear appropriate clothing for the activity and to comply with the rules and regulations in force at the venue.
  5. All physical movement involves a risk of injury. South Norfolk Council and its staff cannot be held responsible for any accidental injury, or loss or damage to personal belongings.
  6. Confirmation of bookings can only be made upon receipt of completed booking form and remittance.
  7. Details are correct at the time of publication but South Norfolk Council reserves the right to amend or change details as necessary.
  8. For any cancellations, notice must be received 48 hours before the day of activity.
  9. In the event of an accident or emergency I understand the fully qualified first aider will attempt to contact me but if they cannot contact me immediately I give permission to seek emergency advice or treatments.
 
Photograph consent
  1. Photograph consent. I give my consent for South Norfolk Council staff and any others authorised by South Norfolk Council to photograph my child/children whilst he/she/they are taking part in the activities. These photographs may be used by South Norfolk Council and other authorised organisations to advertise or promote future events run by the council.
Data Protection
South Norfolk Council takes your privacy very seriously and provides the following information in compliance with data protection legislation – this refers to the Data Protection Act 1998 as long as it is in force and thereafter the General Data Protection Regulation (EC) 2016/679 and any national implementing laws. South Norfolk Council, in determining the purpose and means of processing your personal data, are for these purposes what is known as the ‘Data Controller’.

The personal data contained in this form will be used to gain and record consent for the Council to use images and recordings of your child/children in marketing and publicity material. We will not publish the personal data detailed on this form in any marketing or publicity material – only the image(s) you have consented to the Council using. Images and recordings (and associated consent forms) will be held for 8 years from the date they are captured and destroyed thereafter. However, you can ask South Norfolk Council to stop using your images at any time, in which case they will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation – this can be done via email marketing@s-norfolk.gov.uk.
