Notification of Change of Details of Premises Licence
(Not to be used to transfer the Premises Licence)
The holder of a premises licence must, as soon as is reasonably practicable, notify the Licensing Authority of any change in either his name or address or a change to the name of the premises.
Please note this cannot be used to transfer the premises licence to a new premises licence holder.
The following criteria must be met in order for a change of details notification to be accepted:
  • A payment for £10.50 is required at the time of submission. To complete the online change of details notification please ensure you have a credit/debit card for payment.
  • The original premises licence including the summary must be received by the Licensing Authority or a statement as to why this cannot be produced. We are unable to receive copies of this document.
A person commits an offence if he fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with these requirements, and a person guilty of this offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale.
